We offer four types of residential cleaning in Playa del Carmen:

• Refresh — Light maintenance cleaning for unoccupied apartments. Mop floors, wipe surfaces, quick bathroom refresh. Great for owners living abroad — we ventilate, run water, water plants, and do a light clean.
• Standard — Full clean including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas.
• Deep — Intensive cleaning. Everything in Standard plus baseboards, ceiling fans, heavy scrubbing, mineral buildup removal, grout cleaning, and more.
• Move In/Out — Top-to-bottom cleaning. Everything in Deep plus inside cabinets, fridge, oven, and wardrobes.

We also offer add-on extras like window cleaning, AC unit cleaning, balcony cleaning, and floor scrubbing.

Important: Standard cleaning covers areas up to 2 meters height only. We do not bring a ladder, so top of fridge, top of cabinets, ceiling fans, showerheads, and ceiling lights are not included (these are covered in Deep cleaning). Baseboards are also not included in Standard — they are a Deep cleaning task. Recommended as a weekly service.

• Living areas: Vacuum and mop all floors, clean doors, mirrors, picture frames, light switches, outlets, TV/electronics exteriors.
• Bathroom: Toilet inside and outside, shower spray and wipe, vanity, faucet, towel holders, shampoo bottles.
• Kitchen: Cabinet exteriors, countertop, backsplash, stove, microwave inside and out, oven outside, fridge outside, appliance exteriors, dishwasher outside.
• Bedroom: Bed frame, wardrobe exterior, nightstand exterior, vacuum and mop under the bed.
• Living room: Furniture exterior, vacuum sofas, chairs, and carpets.

Trash is taken out.

Everything in a Standard cleaning, plus we bring a ladder — so all areas above 2 meters are included: ceiling fans, top of fridge, top of cabinets, ceiling lights and vents, showerheads, cobweb removal, curtain rods.

Also includes: baseboards throughout, behind the toilet, heavy shower scrubbing, showerhead cleaning, mineral buildup and mold spot removal, inside bathroom cabinets, heavy stove scrubbing, mopping under carpets, trash bins inside and outside, and laundry machine exteriors.

Recommended as a quarterly service.

Everything in a Deep cleaning, plus:

Kitchen cabinets inside, dishes, dishwasher inside and out, oven inside grease removal, fridge inside cleaning, wardrobe inside, nightstand inside, and laundry machines inside and out. This is our most thorough service.

A Refresh is a light maintenance cleaning ideal for unoccupied apartments. It includes mopping all floors, basic surface wiping, and a quick bathroom refresh.

Perfect for owners living abroad who want a monthly check-in: we ventilate the apartment, run all water outlets, water plants, and do a light cleaning to keep the property in good condition. Starting at $350 MXN for a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom unit.

A Standard cleaning covers all the basics up to 2 meters height: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom cleaning, kitchen surfaces, and bedroom/living room surfaces. Anything above 2 meters (top of fridge, top of cabinets, ceiling fans, showerheads, ceiling lights) is not included because we don't bring a ladder for Standard. Baseboards are also not included in Standard.

A Deep cleaning includes everything in Standard, and we bring a ladder — so everything above 2 meters is covered: ceiling fans, top of fridge, top of cabinets, showerheads, ceiling lights and vents, cobwebs, curtain rods. Plus baseboards, heavy shower and stove scrubbing, mineral buildup removal, behind the toilet, inside bathroom cabinets, and more.

Standard is recommended as a weekly service. Deep cleaning is recommended quarterly — ideal for seasonal resets or properties that need extra attention.

Our add-on services include: window cleaning (rail, frame, and glass), AC unit exterior and filter cleaning, floor scrubbing with orbital machine, balcony and patio cleaning, toilet mineral buildup removal, shower mineral buildup and mold removal, showerhead decalcification, faucet aerator decalcification, inside bathroom cabinets, kitchen cabinets inside, dishes, dishwasher inside, oven inside heavy scrubbing, fridge inside, wardrobe inside, nightstand inside, bed making, clothes organizing, and gym equipment cleaning.

We do not handle: animal or human waste removal, biohazard items, areas heavily affected by mold, areas infested with insects, walls or ceilings, and BBQ or grill equipment.

Window cleaning (including rails, frames, and glass) is available as an extra add-on service at additional cost. It's not included in Refresh, Standard, Deep, or Move In/Out by default.

Pricing (per side):

• Framed windows: $50 MXN
• Sliding doors or full-size windows (up to 2m): $50 MXN per glass pane
• Sliding doors or full-size windows (higher than 2m): $100 MXN per glass pane

Please note: For windows higher than 2 meters, we use an extension pole with a squeegee. Because we cannot reach the glass and frames for a final hand-wipe pass, there may be light streaks. We do our best to minimize this, but the result may not be as perfect as standard-height windows.

Balcony and patio cleaning is available as an extra add-on service at additional cost. It's not included in the base price of any service type.

Laundry service is available as an add-on to any cleaning. We handle washing, drying, and folding through our laundry partner. Extra charges apply based on weight and special items like comforters, mattress protectors, and decorative blankets.

Prices depend on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, type of cleaning, and your zone. Some common configurations:

For 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom: Refresh $500, Standard $1,000, Deep $1,800, Move In/Out $2,600 MXN.

Yes — Playacar 1 and Playacar 2 are in our Zone 3 service area. A $30 MXN transportation surcharge applies.

Cleaning times vary by property size and service type:

• Refresh — about 1 hour
• Standard — about 1.5 to 2.5 hours
• Deep — about 2.5 to 3.5 hours
• Move In/Out — about 3 to 4 hours

Larger or heavily soiled properties may take longer. We'll confirm the estimated window when you book.

Your property must have working electricity, running water, and working air conditioning. The space should be reasonably tidy — we clean, but we don't declutter hoarding-level messes. We also need access instructions (lockbox code, keys, or security gate info) before the visit.

You don't need to provide supplies — we bring all cleaning products, equipment, vacuums, mops, and tools.

Payment: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Cards can be saved to your booking account for automatic payment. Payment is due on the day of service.

Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee — this covers the cleaner's committed time that can't be rebooked on short notice.
