Yes — all client-facing communication runs in English. Bookings, confirmations, photo reports, supervisor messages, and WhatsApp support are handled in English by our office team. On-site, our cleaners work in Spanish among themselves but can follow written or verbal instructions in either language.

Three ways, all common in Playa: a lockbox with a rotating code, a concierge key hold (standard in most condo towers), or in-person handoff. We never keep copies of unlabeled keys, never share codes outside the assigned cleaner, and always send a photo confirmation when we lock up.

Yes. The quote you see at booking is what we invoice. Add-ons (inside fridge, laundry, etc.) are priced transparently and only charged if you select them. Area surcharges apply only for Mayakoba, Selvamar, Corasol, and similar out-of-center locations — and are shown upfront before you confirm. No hidden fees, no gratuity padding.

Every team member is ID-verified and reference-checked before their first solo clean. Qtana carries civil liability coverage — which means we're a real business with paperwork, not a WhatsApp side hustle.

Message us within 24 hours with what's wrong and we come back and fix it. Free. This isn't marketing — it's our written policy. In practice we rarely need to return, because every visit is inspected against a 44-point checklist by our supervisor Roberto before we close it out.

For standard and deep cleans, 48 hours is ideal. Same-day and next-day cleans are often possible during slow weeks (summer, September) and harder in high season (November–April). Recurring clients always get priority slots and a locked-in weekly or biweekly spot on our schedule.
